Job Description:
To perform a physical inventory in our clients retail stores. Specifically, to count product in all departments, Grocery, Non Foods, Dairy, Frozen, Pharmacy, Health and Beauty Aids, Liquor, Greeting Cards, etc. The inventory is obtained by using either portable printing calculators or computer terminals. One of our instructors will teach both methods to you on the job or at a training seminar at full pay. You will be required to become proficient with both methods after a short period of time.
Proficiency means the ability to accurately count merchandise and correctly input that information into the calculator or computer. The ability to work alone with minimum supervision and review your own work to find and correct any errors is essential. You must always show improvements in your counting productivity while 
maintaining accuracy. 

Company vans will pick up at a location near your home as early as 5:00 am in New Jersey. The company is active seven days a week. This start time is usually before bus and train routes begin in New Jersey, therefore, you should have a car or a reliable person to drive you to the pick up location. Plan to return early to mid afternoon.

Basic job requirements are: 
  • Good math skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality

No experience necessary. We offer competetive compensation for applicants with exact experience . The hourly rate will be paid from the arrival to the departure of the inventory location. The position offers employment 0-4 days per week resulting in a 0-22 hour workweek. Applicants who excel can expect additional days. Monetary compensation will be paid to any client's location more than an hour from the pick-up location. This compensation will be explained in our company manual.
